The linked
nomination form must be completed by each member who wishes to compete in a
carnival. Team events will be completed by the coaches/section managers.
Completed forms are to be placed in the competition box in the members room of
the surf club. Entry fees will be collected (from those paying per carnival) when
entry form has been received. Those members who have opted for one off payment are to quote receipt number on entry form.
