Julie Aitchison have been working on a video about the first fifty years of Umina and she is pleased to let you know it is now completed. It has taken over 5 years of research to compile the information, photos, movie footage and personal interviews with long time local residents. Now at last she is glad to say it’s ready to be released.
In conjunction with the Rotary Club of Umina we will be having a premiere showing of the video, “Umina – The First Fifty Years” at Cinema Paradiso, Ettalong on 7th November 2015. All profits from ticket sales will be shared between Umina Rotary and Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club.
To show her thanks for all your support in the past she am extending this invitation to our club prior to the tickets being made available to the general public.
As there are a limited number of seats available please have all orders and payments finalised by the 16th of October 2015.
